Imagine this life without basketball?

WHERE WOULD YOU BE TODAY IF BASKETBALL WAS NEVER INVENTED?
People are just what society has created. Their only concern is about

"WHO, WHAT, and WHY?”

If everyone where not to judge or ridicule others we would not be facing the issues we are facing today! The Naismith International Basketball Foundation was created to make sure the journey of the “SPORTSMANSHIP TOUR “is never stopped! The endless days and nights endured from the tour of “The Original Rules of Basketball”, is the tool we want use to educate the new generations to totally understand why recreational sports were created. The purpose of sports is to maintain as long as possible, a healthy outlook on life. You want to install good work ethics in your future community and country leaders. For this very purpose, they will pass on the importance of skills that are created when situations are not always the most pleasant. From this is what sports ultimately reveal’s,

CHARACTER!
Sport does not create anything that is not already deep within that person. Sure, a coach and parent(s) can teach you how, what and where to throw a ball or whatever -tool it is that you are physically using. But what is exposed is the originality of the spirit, the soul, and the determination that is deep within the individual!

For this very reason is why "SPORTSMANSHIP" is the most important element in educating this and all of the generations that follow! Do you ever remember what was of the up most importance in your playing days? Remember the time when playing was more important than what you were wearing? People have forgotten the simplicity of playing sports. Everyone is caught up on the way they are seened versus what is accomplished at the end of the journey. Always remember that the future generations will value all the hard work the founders of the N.I.B.F. (Ian and Renee' Naismith) that have worked so hard for the past fifteen years. Really "WHERE WOULD YOU TODAY BE IF BASKETBALL WAS NOT INVENTED?" think about this for a second. Thus being the purpose of this letter, so future generations will always value all of the hard work that is being done for them. So they understand why basketball and recreation sports where created. To have fun and to always, always- remember to pick up the other player, no matter what jersey he/she is wearing.
